Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member in Buffalo, NY.  Finishing off my personal debt snowball this year, and planning to start some investing next year.  Mostly will be looking for buy and hold homes to rent for long term cash flow.  Looking forward to learning all that I can from the forums here.  Thanks.
