Hello BP Family,

I am newbie currently residing in the Fort Washington, Maryland area. I am aggressively increasing my knowledge of becoming a knowledgeable real estate investor. I am military officer retiring this year and I looking to start my second career in real estate investing. I am willing to do whether it takes to learn this business. I am interested in rental properties and flipping single family homes

Seeking any  lessons learned from experience real estate investors on how they did their first deal.
