Looking For Learning Opportunities

I live in the Raleigh/Durham area and am a student at NC State.  While I finish my schooling I would love to be able to work alongside some experienced real estate investors and help them out as I can while I learn the business.  I have a love for learning and have recently got excited about real estate.  Please message me if you think there is something I can do to help your real estate portfolio, or the best way to get some hands on work experience in this area.
