New to Real Estate in Coastal North Carolina
Good day everyone! My name is Karl. I am a Chicago native currently living in Havelock, NC. I have been on BP for a while but I figure it's finally time I become involved in the community. I have no real background in real estate, but have a strong desire to learn! I am mostly interested in purchasing rental properties but also flipping houses.
My goal right now is to be able to make 100k a year in passive income to allow me freedom to live my life by my terms! Once that goal is attained, we'll see where I want to go from there! I look forward to meeting you all and becoming more involved within this community. Have a great day
