Hello from Orange County, Ca
Hi Everyone,
I joined a couple weeks ago but just became a pro member and figured I should finally introduce myself. I am a currently a creative director at a clothing company but am hoping to eventually transition into full time REI. I bought my primary residence in Costa Mesa in 09. I am closing on my first rental property in Palm Springs ca right now which will be a vacation rental. Because it is so expensive here I am very interested in out of state multi unit investing. I am really happy to be on here and am looking forward to learning anything and everything from all of you. Have a great day!
