I'm new to the real estate investing world...I've always had a passion for being my own boss, and investing in real estate caught my attention. I started listening to the BP Podcast based on a friend's recommendation, and feel like I'm hooked.

I've recently acquired two properties that I'll be renting out. I have an aggressive goal of acquiring 10 properties by end of year (assuming the right deals come along). I'm interested in maximizing my cash flow and reinvesting almost all of the money into new properties. My goal at this time is to not draw an income or use any of the money for personal, but to simply keep it with the business.

A big goal of mine is to have enough properties to match my current income, if not more.

I'm interested in listening to success stories, and what it felt like for everyone to make the initial jump. I'm definitely feeling nervous, anxious, and excited all at the same time.

Thanks,

Bryan
