Hello, my name is Lori and I'm new to BP. I live in Whittier, CA and work for the Federal Government. Ive been listening to Bigger Pockets for a long while and finally decided to join the family. Basically, im currently getting prequalifed for a VA loan. I plan on purchasing my first multifamily property to start my retirement future. I would like to purchase in Long Beach, CA or San Pedro, CA. I pray it all works out.
