What an awesome site! I have already learned alot from reviewing your posts. I am an investor in Erie PA full time for the past two years and part time for seven. I love to buy land divide it and build new homes. I also invest in multi unit apartment buildings for the positive cash flow. My future plans are to build multi unit apartments.
