Hi all, Chris the Newbie here in the Las Vegas Market. Looking to learn more about the buy and hold strategies. Got interested in investing when I finally rented out my first home for 11 years by taking out a Heloc and purchasing a brand new home. Looking also to connecting and/or shadowing with veteran investors in this market. Thanks
