Hi,

I'm Claratisha Davis or as my friends affectionately call me "Clare". I am 26 years young and I am currently fascinated with the world of real estate investing. I came upon BiggerPockets while researching all the information I can about investing and definitely decided to sign up.

I am currently learning and figuring out what my first deal would be.
