Looking for advice I'm a newbie! I will be doing some work my self. I see a few residential lots for sale from 20k to 50k , homes around the area range from 140k to 200. Is it worth building for profit on this lots?

If it was profitable for a builder to build and make $$$ the lots wouldn't still be for sale.
