Hello everyone! I'm an aspiring real estate investor in the Knoxville, TN area. As recommended in The Book on Flipping Houses, I decided to get my real estate license first. That lead to me joining a national firm as a Realtor. My goal is to put enough commission money aside to fund my first flip, then flip my way to longer term buy and hold properties. I guess you could say the buy and hold properties are my retirement plan. I look forward to meeting all the great folks at BP!
