Hi,

I'm a investor in the Las Vegas market for last 5+ years and I'm looking to meet and connect with more wholesalers. Does anyone on here have any good recommendations  on where and how to source acquisitions from wholesalers? I appreciate the tips.

Hi @Jordan Betten

Our best source of networking with wholesalers is to go to all the local REIAs and network with everyone.  Most REIAs I have gone to allow you to introduce yourself and what you're looking for.  We routinely do this and meet new wholesalers weekly.  Other ways are to search BP for wholesalers in your area.  I have made quite a few contacts that way as well.

Another way is to Google "I buy houses" and similar keywords for your specific area.  Then call the numbers that come up and introduce yourself.

These are all good methods.

Good luck!
