Hello from Sacramento, CA!
I am so excited to be a part of the BP community. I've been listening to BP podcast after podcast, reading many articles from the website, and I'm working my way through "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (or low) Money Down". I swear, Josh and Brandon's voices are the first thing I hear when I wake up, and usually the last thing I hear before bed.
My intention for joining this community is to build mutually beneficial relationships based on education. I am here to be a student AND a teacher, and serve in any way I can. I look forward to collaborating with individuals, sharing opportunities, and ultimately expanding my RE and financial IQ while building community.
I currently live in the Sacramento area of California. I think that I have a limiting belief that because the RE market is so crazy in CA, REI will be extremely difficult. I am committed to proving myself wrong ;). Let the games begin!
