Hi I'm Shane. I am 26 and born and raised in Colorado. I am a manufacturers sales rep and graduated CSU.

I don't have any REI experience but looking forward to being an investor. My main interests have been flipping houses, specifically in the rural communities since the Denver Metro has been so hot right now. I have worked with my dad doing interior trim work and my passion for housing has risen from there. My goal is to start flipping houses full time and start getting into rentals.

 I came across Big Pockets researching passive income ideas, read some forums, and thought it would be a great way to learn from other investors.
