Hey BP family! I'm Bryce Dialfrom Cleveland and a total newbie to the REI world. I am trying to suck up as much info as possible so thank you for what I have learned and what I will learn from these forums! Because I am new and new to investing in general who would you all suggest I talk to to figure out if I am financially set to start investing in real estate? Are there accountants out there that specialize in investing or would I talk to a real estate agent that can give me this advise? I am learning a lot of great stuff but it would be helpful for someone to look at my financial situation and give me advice that best fits my circumstance. Like I said I am a newbie so this might be a very basic question. Thanks!
