Hello, let me Introduce myself. My name is Eli Martinez and I am from Southern California. I bought my first investment property in 2015. I am gearing up to do my first flip and would like to learn all I can before I make a purchase. My goal is to get into Real Estate full time and get out of my 9-5 job.
