I am a new real estate investor just getting started
I’m learning everything that I can right now to put into action soon…can never have too many exit strategies. :D
I believe I should start with wholesaling until I am in a financial position to achieve my ultimate goal which is to buy and hold commercial property for cash flow
I am also in search of a mentor so that I may learn the correct way to do this business.
Hope to learn a lot from this community.
