Ever since my first BP podcast i was intrigued with turning Real Estate into my lifestyle. I was amazed on how people all over the country have made a successful life out of Real Estate. This forum is pushing me in the right direction to buy my first 2 family house in the Newark, New Jersey area for my wife to be and our baby boy. We originally were looking for a 1 family home but after Bigger Podcast it showed me the way to begin investing in Real Estate and what better way than to buy a 2 family home, we can live out of 1 and rent out the other. Our plan is to use a 203k loan since it is the best solution i have found for us thus far and we are aiming to be first time home owners by the summer.
Can wait to begin our new adventure with the BP community. Looking forward to all the members i will meet within the BP community.

Hey congrats wishing you and your soon to be wife all the best. I like you found BP by luck and I am so glad I did. You can learn a lot. I live in Queens and just found an investment group thru BP. If I could be of any help reach out. I have a 2 family home, if I knew I could have bought a 4 family with the same guide lines and financing as a 1 or 2 family I would have. It would have speed up my plans and I would have paid of the property sooner. Any way, welcome enjoy.
