New member & future investor in Illinois
Hello and greetings from Illinois! I'm new to BP and new to real estate. I come from a residential construction background building new fully custom single family homes, remodels/room additions, and even handy man service. I was a carpenter by trade but I am pretty well versed in most trades. My wife is currently in pursuit of her real estate license to help our investing future. Our short term goal is to continue self educating and purchase our first investment property by years end. We are interested in flips, buy and hold, and BRRRRs. Looking forward to being part of the BP community!
