Hello all!  

Great to join you all here.  I was introduced to BP last year and have been listening to Podcasts daily.  A few weeks back I joined Plus membership because I wanted to use the crap out of the calculators.  I have since then was able to connect with some members and today I'd like to introduce myself to the world of BP.

I'm based in Cincinnati OH (the city of flying pigs) and Northern KY (Florence Y'all) area.  I would like to connect with like minded people from the area as well as anyone anywhere who share the same passion.  My focus is on multifamily + buy&hold, and open for other avenues.  

I approach real estate investment the same way I approach life - you get back what you put in.  I am a novice, planning to be better, and if I can meet great people on the way or provide value to others that would be a home run.
