Newbie Colorado and Minnesota

Hey everybody I am new to bigger pockets and new to real estate investing.  I converted my house of 7 years in Minnesota right outside Minneapolis (Crystal) into rental in Oct of 2016.  So far it has been the smartest move i have made in my life minus the dishwasher i bought for it last week.  But that was a small price to pay.  I moved to Colorado in October and am looking for a house to live in (the CO market scares me).  I am also looking into possibly buying more rentals in MN.  Please reach out if you have any advice for me or on the current markets of CO or MN.
