newbie introduction. Amarillo Texas
I have been listening to biggerpockets podcasts at the rapid rate! I am looking to get into real estate investing and have a target area in the panhandle of Texas. I'm hoping to close my first deal in the next 10 months. Any tips or lessons learned for newbies would be greatly appreciated. I will be doing this while holding down a full time job and have found hope from others who are doing the same thing.
