New investor in the Baltimore area
Hey all looking to get my feet wet in the Baltimore area ! I've been doing a lot of research and scanning daily for 2-4 units , I'm wondering if there's any local real estate groups or meet ups for investors I'd love to meet some of the local players to network with .
