New Member from Nashville Area!

Hello BP!  My name's David and I'm an IT administrator currently, but looking for a way out!  I read Rich Dad and it got the wheels turning.  I have since read about 6 books on investing and real estate and my Google searches brought me here.  I love BP!  I have listened to over 20 podcasts so far.  Needless to say I have the bug and want to get started so I can get out of the "rat race".  I'm just wondering why it took me till 45 to read Rich Dad????  Oh well better late than never I guess. 

I actually live in Franklin, TN, just south of Nashville. I'm learning a lot and really interested in fix and flips as well as BRRRR for long term earning. Thanks Josh and Brandon for the podcasts they are awesome! I'm looking forward to learning more and getting to know some folks here!
