Hey everyone,

My name is Steve Fair and my wife, Julie and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. We own a house we had built in 2013, and we are looking to own rental properties and other potential investments. Beyond owning our own home we have no real estate experience. We have listened  to several Bigger Pockets podcasts and have watched the intro to renting videos on Bigger Pockets as well. We are looking to network and find as many knowledable people  as we can to help guide us in the right direction. Any advice is greatly appreciated and we are really looking forward to joining this community.
