Hey all! I'm Mark Richardson and have been listening to BP for quite awhile and finally started getting on myself to take some action. I have sent out a first batch of yellow letters from a list I got a week ago and am hoping to get a few wholesales under my belt before focusing solely on passive real estate. Cash Flow is King!
I know this is a long term process but I would like to build a mini empire to be able to leave my current employment and stick to real estate full time.
Hope to see you all around the forums and maybe we can do business in the near future!
