Another Tennessee first-timer

I've been reading and listening and researching and analyzing..... But, something is missing.

....Oh yeah, the doing. 

I'm a bit anxious and don't care for the feeling. I'm hoping that joining this community will allay my concerns and allow/encourage me to take the first step....  and then the next... and next... and so on. 

Though I would like to get more hands on in the future, it seems that the turnkey route may be the best for my first investment.  Then, I can expand my knowledge, experience and comfort in parallel, eventually moving to other investment strategies.

So, bring the insights and guidance.  I'm counting on you!
