22 year old wanting to get into real estate instead of going to..

grad school. Is it way to difficult to break into real estate investing with no job? I've heard there are ways to buy property with no and low money down but is it way too risky? Should I just go to grad school, get a decent paying job and THEN get into real estate investing? If I do that, I'll just be going further into debt which is the exact opposite of what I want to do... Life is hard

I grew up in SD (still live here). 2 years of palomar community college is all I did.

I have 1000 units after about 10 years.

So if you're going to school for RE? Maybe not. Depends man. What would you be going to school for?
