A New-Newbie with many motivated seller but no buyers!
I have a few motivated sellers with great profit potential but no buyers yet! How do I get list of buyers w/out paying out too much cash? I'm on a tight budget and time schedule because I am a stay at home mother of 5... where do I begin, everyone keeps telling me to go to biggerpockets for answers. I tried to join NREIA or our area REIA but I don't have the funds to join them yet since I just put out a bunch for marketing this month... Where do I begin? I need $$$
