About Me
I am born and raised in Saskatchewan, currently living in Regina. I have a background in accounting and currently work as a consultant.
Experience
I purchased my first property in Regina in December 2016. I renovated the property over the next two months and then moved into the house.
Real Estate Goals
In the short term, I want to acquire older properties in desirable areas to buy and hold.
Once I achieve my short term goal of investing locally, I want to invest in other geographic locations to diversify my portfolio. I want to learn more about the taxation and implications of investing in real estate in Canada and the United States.
