New Member - will be investing in South Bend Indiana in next 6mos
Relocating to South Bend/Granger/Mishawaka Indiana and looking to network with fellow BP members with knowledge of the area. Intending to purchase a SFH, live in in for 12-24 months, then turn into an investment property (buy/hold long-term).
Looking to connect with realtors, GCs, property managers, etc to make this work. Looking forward to getting involved in the BP community! This is my first investment so I'm open to any/all advice!
