Newer rental investor in the Ft. Wayne IN area

Hello everybody, I have been creeping around the forums picking up additional info for my rental portfolio arsenal. I currently have 4 properties with 11 units. I previously bought/held/flipped in San Diego which worked out well for me but wanted to gain a larger portfolio than was capable in CA. I am also developing a vacation rental estate in Rusutsu Japan. I look forward to being apart of this community and I hope I can add useful information to this already abundant source of knowledge.
