Hey I'm Jonathan! I'm Northern Virginia resident looking to obtain financial freedom through real estate investing. I have been fascinated by real estate since I was a kid and am finally going to stop thinking about it and take some action! I am currently working for the local government as a commercial combination building inspector. I am interested in investing in my area locally and abroad. I have been using the BP tools to practice analyzing properties as well as reading listening and learning for a while now and am ready to take action. I am always open to any advice or information anyone has to offer. I have been looking to purchase my first property in cash and once I'm comfortable enough I can take the training wheels off and try the brrrr method or reinvest the cash flow into another property.
