Hello all, My name is William Carr, I am 28 years old, and I am very new to real estate investing. I was referred to bigger pockets by a friend who is also learning about real estate investing. I currently work for a polymer production company as a chemical production operator. My first goal is to obtain my first property and use that experience to learn and grow. My long term goal is to create passive income for my future. As I'm sure you all know for this process is pretty intimidating to a newbie, so any advice would be welcomed! Happy Hunting, William
