New member from the Panhandle!!!
Hello everyone!!! I recently joined BP and am super excited. I am from Anaheim CA. Currently stationed in Eglin AFB. I've been buying primary residence properties since 2004. I sold my first property before the market crashed and knew nothing about investing so I spent all my profit on things that didn't really matter. I learned from that mistake and now own two rental properties. So far BP has been a huge eye opener for me. I am now looking to maximize the equity in my properties to continue to build my portfolio.
