Newbie from Memphis,TN

Hello everyone,

My name is Edward Wilson, 27 years of age, and I am from Memphis,TN. I discovered real estate investment by looking at ways to obtain passive income on YouTube and it lead me here to Bigger Pockets. I have been watching the BP podcasts as well as some of the YouTube videos but I am really trying to put this knowledge to action within the next 12 months. I'm definitely looking at a buy and hold strategy for now. 

I am currently working in IT as an Analyst. I recently purchased my first house last year in May of 2016. The overall experience wasn't nearly as scary as I thought so I figured why not get into Investment Properties to gain income. The only snag is finding the financing. 

Anywho just introducing myself to the community and I look forward to speaking with you guys!
