About Me
My Name is Anissa. I live in Avondale, AZ. I have lived in Arizona my entire life. I have family in New York, Colorado, California, Florida, and Connecticut. Which GI and visit as often as I can. I'm doing real estate part time. Real Estate has always been a passion for me which is why I had done property management for so many years. After doing property management and managing other people's properties for so long I figured I can be a investor too. I had been in property management for single family and multi family housing for over 12 years. I'm interested in doing wholesaling, flipping houses, and buy and hold as rental properties. I'm looking to gain more knowledge from BP. I would like to do a couple of deals wholesaling and a couple of flipping houses for my first year.
