Newbie from NYC (Bronx)
Hello BP community,
My name is Tobias, I live in Bronx, NY. Im 35 and married. I'm new to real estate investing. I've never own any real estate. But I'm ready, committed and excited to get into real estate investing. My first goal is to find a deal and house hack. I'd like to get a multifamily home that me and my wife can move into and rent out the other units.
Being new, I'm concerned about being able to find a deal that works for me. Being in NYC real estate is BIG! I like I said before I want a multifamily to live but to get the best value and deal.
