@Adam Widdicombe Thanks for the advice. I got on last night's webinar and @Brandon Turner mentioned my question on property managers on BP which was pretty neat. He is a motivator for sure. I listened to a Podcast on the drive into work and have been on the site feeding the hungry brain with knowledge. haha
