Im finally here , let's make it happen!
Hey ya'll!! I'm very excited to have found Bigger Pockets and love all of the people and information you can obtain from here . I wish I new about it sooner. I have been venturing into the passion I have always had in working with homes and all that market has to offer. I am beyond excited to build relationships that will only bring success and greatness. Investing is something I have me striving to get into and now I am going to make that happen. I am currently having problems finding A brokerage I'm the central Florida area that does not require me to work as an agent full time , or that is okay with me investing on the side.
I also currently have access to my MLS through Thompson instead of ORRA and would love to not loose all my renewal fees I just paid. My current broker whom I've been with for about 2 years now , is moving on a different direction and no longer wants me to "hang my license " any longer . If anyone has any recommendations by all means. :)
I hope to do some deals with some of you soon !

Welcome to BP. There are lots of brokerages to hang a license. Those can vary from the cut rate $299 per transaction kind (which generally charge a fee to hang with) to full service brand names. Call around. There are plenty to choose from. If you don't have a place immediately, you can go inactive until you find a new one. If you do this, you cannot provide services for others but you can invest on your own all you desire. Some brokerages may not care if you invest on the side. About 1/3 of all agents are investors..and the other 2/3 don't realize the power or RE investing:)
