Hello All,

I am an aspiring real estate investor located in the Kansas City metro. I have lived here most of my life and know the area well. I currently own one single family residence that I lease in Olathe, KS. I had no prior real estate experience up to this point but just followed my intuition and some common sense. I have had 100 percent occupancy (same family) since making it available three years ago and that will persist for the foreseeable future. The tenants are very reliable, pay on time and aside from maintenance/repairs everything has been perfect. Of course I realize this is not representative of the total reality of being a landlord.

Right now I am leaning towards continuing down the path of buy-and-hold/BRRR. However I also have interest in fix-n-flip as well as wholesaling (like Brett Snodgrass [PB Podcast 231] as opposed to the more traditional method of assigning contracts).

Thank you for being such a great community. I have already learned so much from you all and I hope that I will be able to offer something in return as I progress along my journey.

Christopher R.
