Hello Guy's i am a new Investor in Philadelphia looking for a Mentor to be hands on with. I am willing to work for free and give up 50% of my first few wholesale Deals and 10% on deals i flip just to have access to someone i can meet with on a daily basis who have Years of experience with a great track record. I am willing to do Anything. I really want to learn this business.
