North Carolina Newbie
Hi there! I lurked around the forum about 2 years ago when I turned my former primary residence into a rental but I lost steam and now am back and HUNGRY for real estate knowledge!
I live in the coastal area of NC (Wilmington) but my only rental property is in the Charlotte area.
I want to learn as much as I can and I want to figure out what part of real estate I am really interested in pursuing. I'll see you on the boards!

Welcome. Great to have another local on BP. I agree with Wade. Wilmington's REIA and BP is where a learned 90% about R.E. the other 10% from books. If you want to hear my story listen to podcast 193.
