New Member. How do I get started?
Hello,
My name is Chris and I'm a brand new member of BiggerPockets. I've wanted to begin investing in real estate for about 12 years but have always chickened out. From 2005-2010 I gained experience underwriting multi-family real estate loans so I've done cash flow analysis in the past. I want to start small and have access to my $125,000 HELOC as a source of down payment. I don't have any other debt besides my first mortgage and HELOC. Can someone recommend other books and websites I should read that can help me get started? Thank you very much.
