My name is Ayo isijola, I don't have much background in real estate. I'm a financial analyst. My short term goal is to create a cash flow by inquire rental property anywhere in MA where I can get a great deal. Use the cash flow to buy other rental property. I currently own a two bedroom condo that I will be moving out of next year to rent. I came to join BiggerPockets by reading a book called rental property investing which I haven't finished yet. Great book! So far.
