Hello! I've been on BP for sometime, but never officially introduced myself...So here goes!
My name is Warnita. I've been investing in Real Estate on/off since 2012. I currently have 2 single family home flips in Chicago that are near completion (cross your fingers).
I completed by first BRRRR last year and walked with about 80K (even after paying a crazy amount in hard money fees & extensions). Unfortunately, I couldn't refi because of my high debt to income ratio among other challenges, so I had to sell. But THANKS TO YOU sharing your experiences and listening to the awesome podcasts I knew how to "buy right" and when to let go. I also have an IL Real Estate Broker License.
I am interested in connecting with others in my area- Chicago & West Suburbs (Naperville, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Bolingbrook, etc) to discuss joint ventures or to just analyze deals.
