Hey guys, I'm Nick and this is my first formal introduction to the BP community. Over the last few weeks I've really grown an interest in real estate, specifically buy and hold investments. I've been reading a lot, talking to other investors and listening to the BP pod casts on my way to work. I'm interested in becoming a landlord and having enough cash flow one day to be able to work part time. Im a pharmacist and the daily rat race lifestyle is burning me up quick. Would love some feedback on starting a business plan and ways to properly gauge a market as well as more books you'd recommend to increase my financial IQ.  Thanks everyone in advance ! Look forward to networking with you!
