Full Time Active Duty Member interested in Investing!! WA state

I am active duty military in McChord WA!  I am interested in learning how to do wholesale since I heard at a "Seminar" (god forbid) that I would do good at wholesale with a military schedule.  I really want to invest and learn the tricks of the trade.  I have never done a deal and I am enlisted which means my funds aren't great but I'm motivated and willing to do what it takes!  I've always been a philanthropist and want to help people.  I decided I would become a RE investor after reading several articles and snippets of books that says the fastest way to abundance is real estate.  I would like to learn what I can bring to the table for networking and real estate.  Please respond to me and help me take the next step to become a RE investor!
