New to Miami! Trying to build/connect.

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself and say hi!  Just moved down to Miami from NYC from Chicago (originally where I'm from).  Finding this site and the information it provides has been a breath of fresh air from a lot of the other real estate investing sites I've encountered.

I've been a full time dj/music producer for many years now but the music industry is so fickle and constantly changing that I started to realize I needed something a little more dependable and long term which is where REI comes into the picture. I love music and will continue making it but at the same time I've been bit by the real estate bug so here I am!

Primarily starting to research and dip my toes into wholesaling with the eventual goal of fixing and flipping as well as having some long term rentals going.
